It’s finally the weekend! Why did I think that this day would never come?! Oh, it was probably the 3 tests and 1 paper I had to study for and write on Thursday night. Do you know what I just realized? I have two projects I absolutely have to finish this weekend, or I’ll never get them done. That’s just how my brain works. If I don’t get them done early, I wait until the absolute last minute to do them. So I’m kind of an in-between-er. Sometimes I overachieve, and sometimes I procrastinate. I’d like to procrastinate less and overachieve more, but we’ll see.
I watched a webcast yesterday featuring Meg Cabot and Caroline Rhea, all having to do with Meg Cabot’s new book. It was pretty much amazing. I really want their pj’s! I mean, you have to admit, penguins and monkeys are pure awesomeness just bythemselves. When you put them on pajamas, you’re tripling that awesomness. Put that together with both Meg Cabot and Caroline Rhea in the same room, and you’re good to go four about 45 minutes.
I’m so very excited for Spring Break! There are two weeks of school left before I get to spend a full week in Nostressland. That’s a great vacation spot, if you’ve never been there. It may not be an 80-degree beach, or Disney World, but it melts all of your stress away just the same. It doesn’t even cost anything. What could be better than a free vacation?
Since the majority of my friends will be home during break, we plan to have more Operations. If you don’t know, the six of us call our super sleepover slumber parties Operations. Operation Santa Snuggle, Operation MIDGETLESS, and Operation Signinficantly Reduced Elegance have been our primary successes. We’ve even named my bachelorette party: Operation So Long Singles. We’ve got it all planned out.
We have a history for taking an excessive amount of pictures during our Operations. At our most rescent (the one where we tried on prom dresses), we took over 700 pictures with just one camera. That isn’t counting the other pictures other cameras took all throughout the evening, night, and morning. It’s at these parties we have that pcitures are much more effective than writing. That’s the only time I will ever be able to say that!
Have a good weekend, you guys! Sorry I’ve been too busy to write more frequently. I hope you still love me!
