Summer needs to HURRY UP.
I’ve spent the past two weeks reading, studying, project-ing, and so too much more. I really missed you guys. Hey! This is my first May post. Happy May, everybody! How’s spring treating ya’ll lately?
We’re over three-fourths of the way to 400 site views. That’s both depressing and exciting at the same time. You obviously haven’t been telling your friends about me! This calls for drastic measures. I’m going to need a hot glue gun, pudding, seven cans of silly string, two pairs of scissors, Darth Vader, and a mix CD. Pronto.
I actually slept until 8:00 today, for the first time since…a long time ago. I think this past week wore me out. That, along with the amazing evening I spent with Evie. She threatened to take my camera away. It made me sad.
Mid-term progress reports come out today! Or, at least, I’m pretty sure they do. (Someone said that they do. But you can’t always trust people, because getting the wrong information is just not cool sometimes.) I’m a little scared, only because of English. ONLY because of English. Perhaps Spanish, too, but I’m not entirely sure about that one. But I have a feeling that one isn’t so hot, either.
You have to understand that these grades reflect mistakes from the past. There are things from the very beginning of the fouth quarter that I never turned in. That was before I decided that I needed to step it up, or my parents were going to have a cow. A big cow. A man-eating cow, with fangs and an evil laugh that it would use to freak me out before it killed me. What a way to die.
I figured out yesterday that my parents really shouldn’t leave me home alone. Bad things happen. Things fall down, like me, and…it’s just not normal. Of course, I’m home alone plenty of times during the week, what with working parental untis and a brother involved in baseball (two teams, might I add). So it’s not as bad as it potentially could be. Thankfully.
