It’s noon, and I haven’t written anything yet.

What I have been doing, though, is working on my outline. So Point Meltdown is a lot further away than it used to be, and may very well remain an idea rather than something I’ll actually have to experience. I’m planning a lot of good stuff for this novel, and I’m really excited. Things are about to take a turn for the worse before they’re destined to plummet even further into chaos. But that’s how it has to go to make the story a good one.

Not all stories have a happy ending. I’m not saying this one doesn’t, but not all of them out there are required by law to leave a reader feeling giddy and such.

My goal is to outline as much as I can, and then I want to get to 20,000 words before bedtime. I also have two papers to write. So we’ll see how that goes.

My own personal tips for all you Wrimos out there are coming soon. That is, as soon as I don’t have five million things to do on my day off.
