The past few days have been interesting.

I’m a little behind on my writing, but I hope to catch up tonight. I had a ton of work to do this week, and as always school has to come before NaNo. I hate to say that, but it’s true. I would rather fall behind a day than neglect to turn in two English papers.

I plan to work a little more on my outline this weekend, so I don’t start coming up on that darn Point Meltdown again. Some really good things are happening in my story, so I’m pretty satisfied. I hope I can push myself to work really hard this weekend. My goal is to pass 25,000 words, otherwise known as the halfway mark. I can’t believe it’s almost halfway over already!

I was just three hundred words under yesterday’s goal, and have yet to reach today’s. So I’m not too far behind, just further behind than I’d like to be at this point. I shouldn’t have any papers due for awhile, so I should have no problem finishing this thing before November 30th.

I know, I know. I’ll get on writing those NaNo tips.

Remember: never wait until the last minute. Ever.
