Today is a huge day, not just for writing but also for life, and I have found once again that sleep does not agree with the pace of my mind. My brain wants to think, my heart wants to feel, and my body wants so desperately to doze.
Tomorrow, I will be halfway to 50,000 words. But today, my future defines itself in straight black lines, and I am afraid, even though I shouldn’t be.
