If I don’t stop being productive, I won’t have anything left to do tomorrow. And then I’ll just sit around all day, freaking out about not knowing what to pack, wondering if I’ll forget something, talking to Jesus about staying strong, being too excited to have gotten anything done anyway.
So I guess it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world, then.
I ended up writing two articles and drafting a trifold pamphlet in about a three-hour time span, which turned out pretty well, in my opinion. I really haven’t had much time to write lately with everything else going on. I suppose that’s what happens when you take 19 credit hours, voice lessons, and are involved in just about everything under the Olivet sun.
It’s very quiet in this apartment (and building as a whole) this morning. As nice and refreshing as it is, it’s also a bit creepy. I’m used to hearing the little familiar things, like running water in the apartment next door, opening and closing doors down the hallway, etcetera. So I have my iTunes blasting. For some reason, Aly & AJ keep popping up on shuffle. (I miss them!)
Now it’s Natalie Grant. Good choice, iTunes.
