Saturday Shenanigan Reflections

Long charity walks in the snow. Honorary recognitions in the form of paper plates. These are the things that make college what it’s supposed to be: completely, endlessly weird. But I’m okay with that, as long as I get to keep my Paper Plate Award.

I needed a day like today. I needed another day of running back-and-forth without allowing myself too much time to think. Tomorrow is my “lazy day.” I will sleep in (gasp), drink coffee, do homework, and do my very best not to leave my apartment.

This probably isn’t actually how the day is going to go, but we’ll see. I’ll probably wake up around 6AM (this always happens when I intend to sleep past 8), go work out at the rec center some time in the afternoon, and forget until the last minute that I need to go buy more coffee creamer.

It has to be flavored. Life just isn’t exciting enough otherwise.

Love&hugs, Meg<3
