These are the top 10 reasons why I barely wrote three hundred words today and am completely okay with the minor setback:

1. Microbiology distracted me.
2. I don’t let myself have coffee after 3PM anymore (let’s see how long that lasts).
3. I’m not liking these POVs so much at the moment.
4. It’s much more fun to play with my kitty.
5. Pretty Little Liars is calling to me. Watch me! Watch me!
6. Fireworks are fabulous.
7. I have all weekend to write; I’m not worried.
8. I’m running out of reasons.
9. At least I know better than to try and write when I’m exhausted.
10. I’m really bad at top 10 lists….
