8. Say no to exercise to get more writing done.
9. Say no to healthy meals to get more writing done.
10. Say no to self-care to get more writing done.
11. Say no to creative opportunities outside of writing to get more writing done.
12. Say no to living a long, happy, fulfilling life by always trying to get more writing done.
Writing is important. It’s healthy to set goals and always strive to do better. You should enjoy it.
But it’s not more important than your health.
